Adrienne Gilbert, Owner & HIS

Adrienne is a NYS licensed hearing aid specialist. She is a graduate of B&S College with an Associate’s Degree in Travel and Hotel Management. After several years of working in the travel industry, Adrienne felt compelled to make a change. She wanted to continue in the service industry but this time by helping others improve their quality of life. She later joined the hearing health care industry, became an HIS and then eventually became a clinic owner. Adrienne opened Twin Tiers Hearing Aid Clinic in Corning, NY in 2021. She has recently become the owner of Ear to Hear in Elmira, Auburn & Geneva! Adrienne is excited to bring her excellent service and customer-oriented mentality to Ear to Hear. Adrienne feels that hearing is the pathway to many of life’s great connections and she finds joy in helping others find those important connections again. Adrienne currently resides in Horseheads NY with her family and dogs.

Thomas Nardella, BC-HIS

Thomas G. Nardella received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Sales Management from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York (1976). He started working in the hearing industry in 1994 and worked five (5) years in and around the Finger Lakes Region. In 1999, he went on to become an independent owner for his own business entity, naming his company, Ear to Hear, Inc. and started with two (2) locations in Auburn, NY and Geneva, NY. By 2011, he successfully grew his business and added two (2) more locations in Elmira, NY and Corning, NY. Thomas became a National Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in September 2002. In September of 2005, he became a member of the IHS International Hearing Society. Ear to Hear, Inc. has been awarded Best of the Region, Hearing Aid Retailer in Auburn, NY for eighteen (18) years in a row.

Mr. Nardella was born in Auburn, NY and lived in the Finger Lakes region, finally settling in Aurelius. In his free time, he enjoys working out at the gym, working around the yard and garden, going to the Syracuse University Basketball games, traveling and spending time with family and friends. His most cherished times are spending time with his five (5) adorable grandchildren.

Lori Sheehy

Lori is currently the patient care coordinator at Ear to Hear in Elmira, NY & has been with us since 2020. Lori handles all our scheduling, office management, and inventory. She is absolutely wonderful & enjoys talking with our current patients and getting to meet new ones! Lori currently resides in the Horseheads area & enjoys spending time with her 2 children and family and friends.

Stephanie

Stephanie has recently joined Ear to Hear as our Patient Care Coordinator for the Auburn and Geneva offices. Some of her responsibilities include the scheduling, ordering, and patient workflow for the two offices. She really enjoys talking to the patients and helping them along their journey to hearing health. Stephanie lives in Port Byron, on their family's dairy farm, with her family and two corgis.

Benjamin

Benjamin has been our clinic doggie since he was 8 weeks old. He loves greeting new patients with barks and kisses. One of his favorite activities is to accompany our clients into the sound booth when they are having their hearing tested. Benjamin loves treats and cuddles and long walks outside. He also loves other doggies so don’t hesitate to bring one along to your appointment (unfortunately only small dogs allowed.)
